Information Literacy

That’s what we are here for!  Information!  Did you know that we provide information to educate voters at election time?  You can get Voter Registration Forms, Absentee Ballot Applications and pick up the League of Women Voters “Voters’ Guide.”  We want our patrons to understand the importance of voting and are available to offer other sources for information.

Our “Book-A-Librarian” program is a service we provide.  Need help with downloading eBooks or eAudiobooks? Help with research?  Help with using Microsoft Office Suite?  Help with a job search and resume basics?  Make an appointment and one of our qualified staff will assist you.

Public Libraries are more than just books.  Our Library is a resource for just about anything.  We can help your dissect information to make sure that it is accurate.

So, that’s Information Literacy in a nutshell!
