Our Adult programming includes:
America’s largest discussion program on world affairs offered by the Foreign Policy Association. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the DVD and meeting in a Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. Weekly meetings held in Spring (next session will take place Spring 2020).
Summer Reading Program 2019 – A Universe of Stories
Join Lower Macungie Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program, which will be held from June 17 – August 17, 2019. This year’s theme, A Universe of Stories, is right in time for the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. Signups for the Summer Reading Program will begin on June 10th. Sign up at the circulation desk. The first 30 people to sign up for the Adult Summer Reading Program will receive a goody bag. The program is free and open to the public throughout the whole summer with raffle baskets, prizes, programs, and more! You can enter our FREE raffle by filling out reviews for anything you read, watch, or listen to. Stay tuned for dates and more information as we approach summer.
