According to a new report published in Social Science and Medicine people who read “as little as a half-hour a day” can live 17% longer than those who read less, and those who read more a day lived up to 23% longer! The report also looked at those who read other print forms such as magazines and newspapers, but found that books proved the longest lives. So keep on reading everyone!
