Beginning as a conference in the 1980’s, TED Talks have exploded since the first six were posted online on June 27th, 2006. These talks, an acronym for Technology, Entertainment, Design, cover a multiple of topics beyond its original scope. The 2017 Conference was held at the end of April and Parrotread compiled all the books that were recommended by the Conference speakers. If you want a simplified version of this rather lengthy list, here are the top 50 books that were recommended.
While a large majority of the titles are nonfiction, there still are some great fiction books such as Dune by Frank Herbert and The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean.
As always, happy reading!
